I highly recommend this company for all your copier needs. I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Kathleen who was super patient and walked me through the setup of our new Xerox copier. Her instructions were delivered so well, I’m sure if I needed to perform this type of setup again that I could do it independently.

Excellent, quick, reliable customer service. We have been very happy with Potomac Business Solutions.

Kristin and everyone who helped with the purchase of the new Copier was amazing. I had just left a horrible experience with another company. PBS was amazing from start to finish and based off of my experience I would highly recommend them.

Potomac Business Solutions (PBS) is a great company that has professional, knowledgeable and courteous personnel that are exceptional in all that they do. We’ve been customers with them for more than 10 years and will remain with them for the foreseeable future. I would highly recommend them.

Potomac Business Solutions genuinely looks out for their customers. From the initial ordering through the delivery of two copiers for two separate locations in Raleigh, NC, they were on top of every step to ensure the entire process was hassle free. Even months after our purchases we received an email from them about whether or not we require any supplies. This company is truly exceptional.

Megan is very responsive and a joy to work with! We have had a great experience in our many years with PBS.

Jacob Jameson is a an excellent IT tech!! Can’t rave enough about him!

Megan and team helped get us a new copier short-term (office lease expiring, long story). It’s a much better machine and people will really like it. It was the perfect solution for the organization as we move toward fewer locations and machines in the future.

My organization just got a new copier/printer with Potomac Business Solutions. So far, they have been a pleasure to work with. The team has been very responsive and follow up quickly on any email I send them. The copier itself is more compact than our previous machine, but still has all the features we need for our day-to-day tasks and bigger projects. I would definitely recommend Potomac Business Solutions to anyone looking for a new copier/printer.

Was very easy to work with to find the best solution for our business. Customer support is professional, courteous, and follows through with promised timelines. Everyone in our office is happy with the equipment which ended up costing less than what others were offering.

We have had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Potomac Business Solutions. Very professional and always responsive and helpful.

We have worked with Potomac Business Solutions for a number of years. It is so refreshing to deal with people who are interested in taking care of a customer’s needs. They are professional, very responsive, always willing to help and always deliver what they promise. We have had other Xerox companies seeking our business, often using aggressive tactics. We remain loyal to PBS because of their business ethics and great service.

AMAZING! I really feel like I am part of the family. Great Customer service in all departments. Knowledgeable staff in all departments. Thank you for all you do for me; making my life easier.

We recently ordered and received a new Xerox for our church in Aspen Hill Maryland and it has been a great process working with Potomac Business Solutions throughout out the whole process of receiving and using our new Xerox. The machine has worked exactly as advertised, no problems and the follow up contacts with Potomac has been excellent.

It has been a pleasure to work with Potomac Business Solutions. Throughout the process of shopping for a new printer for our office and after this process, when getting set up and starting to use this product, we have been more than happy with the customer service, ability of PBS to cater to our needs, and transparency regarding pricing. We were able to find a high-quality product that fits within our budget and they walked us through how to use each aspect of the printer. I am so glad that we no longer need to stress about printer and service issues like with other companies in the past!

I have been working with Potomac Business Solutions for over 10 years and have been extremely pleased with the company. They are quick to respond to my needs and even though it may take a few days to clear a problem it is not due to their lack if response but rather the problems that arise from the ever changing way XEROX handles support with their vendors. They are always on top of my leases and if they can save me money by swapping out early on a machine Kristin calls me to get the ball rolling. Great group of individuals to work with!

Great service and support! We have been doing business with PBS for years! We wouldn’t use or trust anyone else to service our 17 offices around the country. If your looking for a great copy company look no further!

Sales rep really focused on account management and customer service. Need something? They respond immediately! Outstanding Customer Service.

Great customer service. I had great service and they were always quick to respond and take care of my needs. Definitely would recommend to others.

Potomac is my organizations preferred vendor for our print/copy needs. They are experts in the the industry and have supported us, through a number of challenges.

Potomac Business Solutions offers great customer service to clients. The salesperson was honest and thorough in presenting available options.
